As a condition of participating in this private educational presentation and receiving access to private information or materials presented during it, I understand and agree that:

Private Capacity. I am attending voluntarily in my individual, private capacity and not in the performance of any public office, governmental duty, regulatory function or other official capacity. I will not record, reproduce, publish, distribute or disclose such material without the express permission of its owner.
Independent Judgment. I understand that individual experiences and examples do not guarantee that I or anyone else will obtain the same result. I am responsible for independently evaluating any information presented before acting upon it.
Currency Exchange. I hereby accept and acknowledge that the currency exchanged is given under variation by agreement under International Law wherein the currency itself does not create third party obligations against this agreement
